These General Terms and Conditions apply to any use of the Website and the formation of agreements between CSI and a User or Customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.<br \/>2.2. By using the Website and\/or entering into an agreement with CSI, the User indicates agreement to these terms and conditions.<br \/>2.3. Differing terms and conditions of the Customer are expressly not recognised unless CSI has accepted them in writing.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Article 3 - Offers and agreements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>3.1. All quotations, proposals and information provided through the Website or otherwise are without obligation, unless otherwise indicated in writing by CSI.<br \/>3.2. An agreement between CSI and Customer shall be established as soon as CSI accepts an order in writing or electronically, or has started implementation.<br \/>3.3. Agreements on price, delivery time, performance or other conditions shall be laid down in a written agreement, offer confirmation or contract.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Article 4 - Website Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>4.1. The Website, including texts, images, offers and documents, is the property of CSI or its licensors.<br \/>4.2. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or otherwise commercially use content from the Website without CSI's permission.<br \/>4.3. CSI endeavours to ensure that the Website is accurate and up-to-date, but does not guarantee completeness or uninterrupted operation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Article 5 - Privacy and Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>5.1. CSI respects the privacy of visitors and customers and processes personal data only according to the privacy statement as available on the Website.<br \/>5.2. CSI may collect technical data for analytical purposes to improve the service, in accordance with data protection legislation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Article 6 - Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>6.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the Website, Services, software, documents, offers and other materials belong exclusively to CSI or its licensors.<br \/>6.2. The User is not permitted to modify, reproduce or otherwise use any materials without written permission from CSI.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Article 7 - Services and Project Work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>7.1. CSI provides services based on specifications in the agreement with the Customer.<br \/>7.2. Deliveries, planning and performance shall be carried out with care, in accordance with the agreement and reasonable professional standards.<br \/>7.3. Changes to the scope of services must be agreed in writing and may have price or delivery time effects.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Article 8 - Liability<\/strong><br \/>8.1. CSI shall not be liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profit, business interruption or missed savings, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.<br \/>8.2. Liability for damage caused by unlawful use of the Website or Service by the User is excluded.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Article 9 - Privacy and Cookies (Website Specific)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>9.1. The Website may use cookies to support functionality, statistics and marketing purposes.<br \/>9.2. By using the Website, the User agrees to the placement of cookies as described in the cookie statement on the Website.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Article 10 - Applicable law and disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>10.1. These General Terms and Conditions and all agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.<br \/>10.2.
