De juiste <strong>ISO- of GMP-klasse<\/strong> is volledig afhankelijk van uw productieproces, de branche waarin u actief bent en de risico&#8217;s die u wilt beheersen. Een te zware classificatie leidt vaak tot onnodig hoge investerings- en exploitatiekosten. Hoe lager het ISO-nummer, hoe schoner de ruimte moet zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In de praktijk worden onder andere de volgende classificaties veel toegepast:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ISO Klasse 5<\/strong> voor zeer kritische productieomgevingen, zoals bepaalde semiconductor- en medische toepassingen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ISO Klasse 6<\/strong> voor productieprocessen waarbij een zeer hoge luchtkwaliteit vereist is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ISO Klasse 7<\/strong> voor veel farmaceutische toepassingen, hightech assemblage en cleanroomproductie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ISO Klasse 8<\/strong> voor minder kritische productie- en assemblageomgevingen waar stofbeheersing belangrijk blijft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De juiste keuze hangt altijd af van het productieproces en de geldende normen binnen uw sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat is het verschil tussen ISO en GMP?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoewel ISO en GMP regelmatig samen worden genoemd, hebben beide normen een ander doel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ISO 14644<\/strong> richt zich op de hoeveelheid deeltjes in de lucht. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ema.europa.eu\/en\/human-regulatory-overview\/research-development\/compliance-research-development\/good-manufacturing-practice\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ema.europa.eu\/en\/human-regulatory-overview\/research-development\/compliance-research-development\/good-manufacturing-practice\">GMP<\/a> (Good Manufacturing Practice)<\/strong> is specifiek ontwikkeld voor de farmaceutische industrie en beschrijft naast luchtkwaliteit ook uitgebreide eisen op het gebied van productieprocessen, hygi\u00ebne, validatie en kwaliteitsborging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Binnen de farmaceutische sector wordt vaak gewerkt met de bekende <strong>GMP Grades A, B, C en D<\/strong>, waarbij iedere klasse een eigen toepassingsgebied heeft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/csibv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/CSI-fotoshoot-kantoor-1-07-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1571\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welke cleanroomklasse past bij uw branche?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iedere sector stelt andere eisen aan de productieomgeving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Semiconductor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij de productie van chips en elektronische componenten kunnen zelfs microscopisch kleine stofdeeltjes leiden tot productuitval. Daarom zijn hier vaak zeer strenge ISO-classificaties noodzakelijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Farmaceutische industrie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor de productie van geneesmiddelen gelden strikte GMP-richtlijnen.
